Lights are put into 85° hot water for 1.5 hours. If there's any LED that has broken down or flickers, we remove it and only keep those that meet strict quality standards.
In a simulated environment, LED lights are placed in 65° to 90° hot water for 1.5 hours. We use this test to examine the functionality of lights and ensure that you get only the best landscape LED lights.
In this test, LED lights are placed in water at a depth of 5 to 10 meters for a whole hour. We make sure that our LED lights, especially underwater lights, perform well under a certain water pressure.
To improve the reliability of use, all our LED products must pass a soaking test. Our QC team immerses the products into the 1.2-meter pool for 1.5 or 2 hours to check for any failures before the delivery.
To ensure the quality of LEDs and prevent security incidents under extremely low temperatures, we put LED lights into the freezer for 1.5 hours to simulate cold weather and detect anything wrong as soon as possible.
The aging test is another important test that is conducted after the assembly process. Our QC team inspects the products every 30 minutes during the 2-hour aging test, and remove all the LEDs that are burned out, flicker, or have a wrong color temperature.
